BUBBLE is a Matlab toolbox that automates the signal processing and analysis of 1H-NRM metabolomic spectra. It reads FID files, removes solvants, performs signal/noise amplification, zero filling, fast Fourrier transform, phase alignment, baseline correction, normalization, warping and data reduction (J.
